About TRDT

The Tag Rugby Development Trust (TRDT) is a unique charity that introduces primary school children in developing Countries to Tag Rugby through volunteer tours. GILBERT and the TRDT have been working together for a number of years to help build a positive legacy through local involvement and UK support. Each sale through this online store will help generate a donation towards the TRDT and help them to continue the fantastic work they do in supplying under-privileged children and developing countries.

Many countries in the world find it difficult to access kit and equipment and in partnership with GILBERT, TRDT has been able to distribute much needed rugby supplies to several countries, from Uganda to Zambia to India and many more. At the IRB 2008 awards the TRDT won a development award for recognition of their fantastic work in developing rugby, notably on their recent 2008 tour to Zambia.
